He obtained his bachelor's degree in "Transportation and Traffic Management Engineering" with a specialization in "Urban Transport Network and Transport Service Management" at the Azerbaijan Technical University. From 2019 to 2021, he pursued a master's degree in "Transportation and Traffic Management Engineering" at the Azerbaijan Technical University. He completed his master's dissertation on "Organization and Improvement of the Operation of Transfer Points in Urban Public Transport." Since November 4, 2021, he has been working as a research associate at the Logistics and Transport Institute of the Azerbaijan Technical University. Since September 15, 2022, he has been serving as a lecturer at the Department of Transport Logistics and Traffic Safety. He is also an executor in the development of the "Urban Mobility Plan."
